What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Cold?

Hi i am 30 year old. after pregnancy i am suffering from high blood pressure for last 2 years. Headache occur during menses only. symptoms are dizziness, want to close eyes, headache , cold .. right now i am taking indrnal*40 and sumo as medicine. please sort it out as soon as possible
