What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Depression?

i dont know what wrong with me,its started almost month ago,i went to the store,i was feel dizzy,after that day i fell very bad.It starting from stomach,pain or burning filling in hard,headache,dizzy.very sad filling,want to cry.Thank you for your answer.
