What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Fatigue?

these are some of my symptoms can u tell me what u think i have

severe headaches

muscle aches

dizziness

short term memory loss

paranioa

confusion

hallucination

anemia

low energy

fatigue

weakness

joint pain

irregular breathing

tingling sensation in my extrmities nd hands

mood swings

nausea

diarrhea

low potassium

sensitivity to light nd sound

i get so weak sometimes i cant move
