What Causes Dizziness, Headache And Tiredness?

Hello,
I have been having intense dizzy spells last few days but also had this about a month ago for a few days. I am also experiencing heachaches and feel incrediblely hot but my temp is only 36.6 degrees. I dont feel tired and I have been getting enough sleep. Any ideas whats wrong?
