What Causes Dizziness , Headache And Vomiting?

Female 38 is weak, dizzy, vomiting, excruciating headache and painful right temple area only. Feeling absolutely miserable. Quick onset this afternoon. No fever. What can I do. I cannot even hold down water and am vomiting stomach acid at this point. What can be done to help? Thought on what it might be? Flu? FYI I was exposed to liquid nicotine yesterday. Vile broke while filling e-sig. Thank you for your help.
