What Causes Dizziness, Headache, Vomiting And Weakness?

gud evening im Bianca from hk.my boyfriend feel some dizziness, headache, vomiting and weakness...he just undergo bonemarrow, x-ray, ct scan and mri.... but the doctors finding is everything is now clear he was been diagnos with hypertension and high hemoglobin...but the ached he has suffering was still there.... hope u can help us
