What Causes Dizziness, Headaches And Pain Behind Eyes?

i have been dizzy for months on end now and i feel dizzy all day long. i get dizzy and almost feel like i am drunk when it happens and i have really bad pain behind my eyes which feels like my eyes are really focusing which gives me horrible headaches.
