What Causes Dizziness, High Blood Pressure And Chest Pain?

Hi, I am writing for my husband who is 49. He has been a diabetic since he was 8. He is legally blind and also feel from a ladder and had to have a neck fusion done. Drs told him he does have limited space with his spinal cord might be getting pinched. He has been having symptoms since this last summer of dizziness, palpitations, high blood pressure, chest pain, nausea, and numbness. He was diagnosed with Angina,(for some time now ) his arteries are about 40 percent blocked. He was also not to long ago diagnosed with paralyzed stomach. We have been to the emergency room almost every time and EKG come back normal and they cant seem to find anything. He also has had anxiety problems every now and then. Please tell us what we can do no body is giving us answers. What do you think ?? Thank you
