What Causes Dizziness In The Morning?

My 14 y old son gets dizzy for about 1/4 of a second and starts to fall but catches himself. It happens more in the mornings but can happen at any x. It s not when he goes from sitting to standing, just happens out of the blue. His EKG was normal but I m not sure where to go from here. The only thing that is different in his life is that he is growing very quickly.
