What Causes Dizziness Inspite Of Taking Meclizine For Neuromyelitis Optica?

I have neuromyelitis optica. I have been dealing with dizziness for over 3 weeks. I take meclazine. I have had a few days with improvement then the dizziness comes back. When do I worry that the dizziness is not a viral infection in my ears and is NMO?
