What Causes Dizziness Inspite Of Treatment For Sinus Infection?

i've been feeling dizzy.. i feel like im on a roller coaster when i move my head.. i went to the doctor and they did a cat scan of my head and found sinus infection and gave me antibiotics ive been taking the antibiotics for about 4 days now and dont feal any less dizzy.. any ideas?
