What Causes Dizziness, Itchy Head And Hairfall With Intake Of Estrogen?

Can someone please tell me why I have such a hard time taking estrogen. I am normally very healthy and rarely take medications. I tried vaginal estrace for dryness and atrophy. Every time I have tried to take some estrogen, whether a cream, vaginally, pills or patch, I get dizzy and feel strange. With vaginal esterase, my head itched intently and then my hair started falling out. Any thoughts are appreciated.
