What Causes Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Fainting?

39 year old female with two incidences of the folowing symtoms: while standing feeling dizzy, light-headed followed by increase in body temperature followed by incresing feeling that she is going to pass out. Finally does pass out and takes a few seconds to come to. what do you think?
