What Causes Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Nausea While Suffering From A-fib?

My husband has the condition Afib , currently it is beating right. Now all of a sudden he is complaining of dizzy, light headed and nausuas. He is 74 years old. I told him maybe we should go to ER, but he said no, lets see. What do you think? I took his blood pressure, 129/80 pulse 49.
