What Causes Dizziness, Migraine Headache And Nausea?

I have been feeling dizziness, a migraine headache daily, nausea, missed last months period, smells altered.. I had tubal legislation where they clipped my tubes and sewed the ends to prevent pregnancy when I was 22. I am 38 now.. I haven t taken a home pregnancy test yet.. any ideas?
