What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Slight Headache?

so for the past few weeks i have felt dizzy and nausous and i get a slight headache everyonce in a while but i am also starting to feel like weak and weird at times...... i get short of breath at times too but i feel like im just gonna throw up most of the time..... is this somthing that i should be worried about? and what can i do to not feel like this anymore?
