What Causes Dizziness, Nausea And Twitching Body?

Hi, my name is Sierra. I ve been getting dizzy, light headed, nauseous, shaky, faint, and at night before I go to sleep my whole body will twitch. Also right after I eat I feel like throwing up. What could be causing this? Also I have been drinking a lot of water.
