What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Headache And Back Pain?

I have experience problems with dizziness, vomiting, nausea, headache in eyes, back of neck pain. Went for sinus cat scan. Today went back th ent Dr and was sent for Mri of Head. What could be causing this distress. Dizziness is better, but balance is off
