What Causes Dizziness, Nausea, Headache And Sweating In The Morning?

Hello....I need to know if I am getting ready to have a stroke? This morning as I tossed in bed I became really dizzy and nausiated, once I got up and took my blood pressure pills and ate my headache subsided.....but as I got to work I started to sweat and head started to hurt again....now I seem to be ok....but I need to know if I am getting ready to have a STROKE?
