What Causes Dizziness, Numbness In Hands And Abdominal Pain?

My 25 year old daughter, single living in Wisconsin is having strange symptoms that the MD @ Nite clinic did not help with, only doing urinalysis and sayoing poss. UTI. Symptoms are (combined) dizziness, tingling numbness in hands/arms with lack of grip to pick up/hold a glass, dark urine, sweating, lower stomach pain. She is eating regularly , not diabetic and has bad monthly cramps which required endrimetriotis surgury a year ago, no bad side effects after surgury noted. Is not on any medication excp. monthly pain med (percodan 1 1/2 tab over 3 days and 800 mg. Ibuprophrin same use ...not at same time.
