What Causes Dizziness, Pain And Swelling In Throat And Bloody Tonsil?

I was extremely dizzy last night. If I bent over and stood back up I would fall over sideways. During the night my throat begin to hurt and feel swollen on the right side. This morning not as dizzy but rt. Throat tonsil is bloody and looks almost like it has split? Cannot get erg. Doc on phone, do I need to go to hospital or can it wait till Monday?
