What Causes Dizziness, Tiredness And Brown Spotting After Periods?

I have been on my regular period for five days now. Its been lighter then normal. Changing pads and tampons as normal on the regular and they are not very full which is unusual. Then when I used the washroom my blood was very brown.....im dizzie and tired and I am hoping maybe its a clot.
