What Causes Dizziness Upon Laying Down And Headache Post Injury?

yes I had a head injury, possible concussion about a year or so ago due to walking in my sleep from the Ambien... But prior to that I have had 2 prior concussions as well with in a 2 year period. After the last one I was experiencing head aches above my left eye the incidents happened on the right side of my head on the forehead. Also virtigo only laying down to the right and occasionally looking down or moving my head to fast. It stopped for awhile and just withing the last month or so it started happening again. who should i see about this?
