What Causes Dizziness When Moving Head Quickly In Certain Positions?

I'm a nursing mom of a two month old girl. Since her birth I've experienced consistent dizziness when standing up quickly, laying down, stretching and moving my head quickly in certain positions.
I got my Hb level checked and it was prefectly normal. (11.6)
