What Causes Dizziness When Suffering From Acidity?

Hi, I ve been struggling with severe acidity reflux along with strange weight loss. However, two days ago I ve been feeling dizzy with a taste of metal in my mouth. I was treated before from gastroesophageal reflux and gastroenteritis that resulted from sever anemia (iron deficiency) and I got blood transfusion as well. The current feeling of fatigue plus the metal taste in the mouth is new to me. What could be the reason for that? Thank you
