What Causes Dizziness When Suffering From Border Line Diabetes?

I am border line diabetic they did tests but i do not feel right some days good some days feel like passing out I think it is glucose I eat properly eat low carbs i have high colestral I use to have a piece of chocolate it would boost me but now does sometimes or not and always tired what should I do
