What Causes Dizziness While Having Labyrinthitis?

I am a 17 year old male.
I feel quite dizzy, and cannot walk in a straight line.
In the past I have been diagnosed with labyrinthitis. I had very bad dizzyness a couple of months ago, and my GP said I possibly had labyrinthitis again. She had a look in my ear and said it was infected.
I still feel dizzy now, but I also have a strange feeling in my legs...the inside of my legs feel as if they are spinning!
It is not a good time for this to be happening as I am currentyl in the middle of sitting important exams.
