What Causes Dizziness While Moving The Head?

The last couple of days I have experienced dizziness while moving my head in bed or trying to walk. Yesterday symptoms subsided but then today when getting dressed, looked up to clothes on upper rack and it all started again. Now I notice that when I tip my head back I get real dizzy.
