What Causes Dizziness While On Captopril?

Hello. Ive lost a lot of weight... over fifty punds. My diabetis is down and im offf some of my meds. However im getting dizzy at a bp of 110/74... when would be a good time to stop my bp meds? Im on 20 mg of captopril....a day. Down from 100 mg a day
