What Causes Dizziness While Standing Or Moving Head?

I have dizziness when riding in the car, standing up, turning my head. I got a big tooth pulled Thursday. I took one dose of hydrocodone Thursday, but it made me dizzy. Tomorrow is Sunday, what can I do on my own? Do I have low blood pressure? Can I treat it naturally?
