What Causes Dizziness With Family History Of Brain Tumor?

over the last 3 months i have been suffering with dizziness, an odd pins & needles sensation in my hands(mainly the right) & i drop things easily. i smoke & have just come off setraline tablets (14 days). i an 42 13st 9lb. this is worrying me as my dad had 2 brain tomours, and is now in a care home cos of dementia
