What Causes Dizziness With Nausea All Day?

Hi, no possible way for pregnancy, had a tubal ligation of caterization 9 years ago, yet every morning for a month now extreme dizziness, nausea lasting pretty much all day. Thought it was new medication doctors put me on but discontinued and still doing it. I currently take simvastatin, and lyrica was the new medication they put me on. Please help.
