What Causes Dizziness With Pain All Over The Body?

sir, my name is pawan and here i would like to say that my mother age 46 has been suffering from dizziness and painful sensation throughout the body especially the head portion for the last 10 days. despite several medical treatments and tests done, her condition is still very critical. She is not able to speak properly due to extreme weakness. We got her cct scane and ultrasound along with other tests including blood tests, urine tests but of no use. what should i do in this condition? Kindly guide me in this regard, thanks
