What Causes Dizziness With Syncope, Arm And Leg Numbness?

Hi i am a 25 year old female, for the last two weeks i've been having these episodes where i get dizzy and want to faint, my arms and legs get numb and i have this strange sensation in the pit of my stomach if this happens i take deep breaths and also feels like it could be like a seizure, i've been to three different doctors and they al say three different things. One says i have middle ear infection, the other says I have inflammation in the breast cartiladge and the other says I have cystitis?
