What Causes Dizziness?

Hello Im writing on behalf of my husband. He was fine until around 10.30 last nite when he complained of feeling a little dizzy. He went to bed and was complaining of being cold but his body was on fire and he was soaked with sweat. Hes now got a vey closed throat and is having difficulty swallowing plus hes complaining of shooting pains in his legs and arms, Im really concerned can you help please
