What Causes Dizziness,blood In Stool And Shaking After Laproscopic Surgery?

Im a 33 year old woman, l had a laproscopic right salpingectomy for right ectopic pregnancy 6 days ago. l have 3 incision sites and my left side is very painful and today l saw some blood on my stools. Im currently taking diclofenic sodium 50mg and tramodolfor pain relieve. l feel dizzy most of the day and feel as if im going to faint and at times l shake. is this normal after 6 days of surgery.
