What Causes Dizziness,headache And Vomiting?

Hi I'm 17 years old this morning at 5 am is when I started throwing up I just got off my period 3 days ago and I'm feeling dizzy, I got a headache, and I can't eat nor drink without throwing up afterwards could you tell me what's wrong with me. Pleaseeeeee
