What Causes Dizziness,itchiness And Blood Discharge In Ear As Noticed In Qtip?

Tonight I had dizzy spell and it felt like the room was moving and I felt sick to my stomach and my face turned red and I felt hot. It lasted about 2 minutes. I have felt fine since but my ear started itching so I got a qtip to clean it and there was blood on the qtip? So what is wrong with me?
