What Causes Dizziness,pain In Arm And Headache?

On my way in to work this morning, out of nowhere I had a weird feeling in my chest, got dizzy and almost passed out while driving. After those feelings went away, I was warm and sweaty and now about an hour later, I have pain in my right arm and a headache. What happened?
