What Causes Dizziness,pricking Sensation In Lips,arms And Legs?

For about six months now I ve been getting dizzy spells every day. When I get them I also get a pins and needles sensation in my lips, arms and legs for about 5 seconds and my eyes also go a little bit blurry. I have had blood tests and and ecg but everything seems fine. Just wondering what could be possibly wrong?
