What Causes Dizziness,slight Headache,achy Body And Severe Lower Back Pain?

I'm 30 years old and am experiencing dizziness with slight headache, and an achy body with severe lower back pain. Fall of 2009 I suffered from a vertebral artery dissection that led to a mild stroke which doctors believed was a result of my chiropractic visits. I had no side effects from the stroke so I'm hoping this has nothing to do with my past experience. I no longer visit the chiropractor.
