What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Abdominal Pain?

Hi I was once told I had vertigo. It lasted for 2 days and went away. Iv now felt dizzy for three or more days, have stomach pains and occasionally loose my balance if I stand up to quick. Iv takes the medication I was prescribed last year but it just makes me feel worse. Any ideas?
