What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Perspiration Post Transurethral Prostectomy?

I was operated upon for prostate about 10 years back (transurethral prostectomy) now on 23rd March I had giddiness and perspiration I consulted cardiologist he prescribed me Cap Ecosprin Gold 10 at bed time but taking it for two days I started bleeding while passing urine What I do ? Is it due to Clopidogrel or Asprin which are the ingriedients of this product Iam 69 years old now Please Advice urgently Thank U
