What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Rapid Heart Rate?

I just got home from vegas and we drank for two days. I am extremely dizzy and my heart is pounding very hard also a little disoriented. I quite drinking more than 12 hours ago and I still feel terrible. I have never had a hang over this bad. Is it anything to worry about?
