What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Sensitivity To Light?

Very dizzy all day, also feel like my eyes can't focus on reading, the lights bother my eyes as well. Also, feel pressure on my head at random times throughout the day. And I also feel a weird cold feeling that goes from my head to my feet at times. Help
