What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Shaky Hands In Person With Heart Disease?

my husband is 67, has heart disease, has defibrillator/takes lots of meds-atrial fib, ventricular fib, open heart surgery and 4 heart attacks...lots of meds.....has been very dizzy for past few months and hands are shaking. we think it might be one or some of his meds-he has regular dr. care and will see the defibrillator doc in a couple of weeks but meanwhile wondering if there is some obvious answer...he also drinks a lot of alcohol.
