What Causes Dizzy Spells Along With Vertigo And Irritation In Ears?

Feeling dizzy and tired. Spinning feeling when getting up and down from a lying position. Clumsiness also. Exhausted after the simplest tasks. Winded. Do have Asthma. Also frequently need ears irrigated, was just done so not sure that is the issue. Feeling kind of nauseous.
