Please type your query here...I've been getting dizzy spells for about a month now, i've been feeling movement in my lower right abdomen frequently every day. I tested negative for pregnancy and my husband has had a vasectomy done but I know miracles do happen. Im concerned it's some kind of parasite making my body think it's pregnant.
