What Causes Dizzy Spells And Loose Stools On Intake Of Food?

I threw up 4 nights ago I m still nauseous usually after I attempt to eat I have loose stool today is the first time I have pooped in four days . I get dizzy almost like motion sickness when walking around trying to work and even at home. I feel weak and tired but can t sleep and haven t been sleeping well. My period is now on day 8 it s like the spotting will never end . I have a pain in my right eye that s hurts when I cough and the headache that goes with all this comes and goes and then will hit so hard tears fill my eyes .
