What Causes Dizzy Spells And Palpitations After Having Prodep And Lexotanil?

Hi Doc, I have been on prodep 20mg during the day and lexatonil 1.5mg at night for the last 2.5 years.side effects include getting confused,dizzy spells ,pulpitations .This is particularly when engaged in a long conversation or speech. I will appreciate your answer Sir.
